Year 11 students at UTC Heathrow are celebrating this morning after receiving their GCSEs and Level 2 technical qualifications.
Today the school celebrated:
- 100% of our students achieved a pass grade in Level 1/2 Engineering
- 100% achieved GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Physics at grade 4 and above
- 100% achieved GCSE Statistics at grade 4 and above
- 62% achieved GCSE Maths at grade 4 and above
- 50% achieved GCSE English at grade 4 and above
- 44% achieved Level 2 Basics at Grade 4 and above
We are proud of ALL students who sat exams – some notable ones include:
- Asim Sajjad who has performed extremely well with a grade 8 in both Computer Science and Physics GCSE and performing well across the board with all his others too!

In addition to GCSEs and the technical qualifications, the Year 11 cohort have worked extensively with a variety employer partners to improve their work-readiness. These additional experiences ensure that our students are well-placed for future success with their destination aspirations.
